How to use

DO:

Before first use, soak the tableware utensils in water for a few hours and then allow them to dry. This is a one-time preparation before initial use.
Clean your vessels thoroughly immediately after use.
Soak a soft sponge in tepid water, apply baking soda or lemon water, and gently clean your vessel using the soft sponge.
For vessels used with sticky materials, boil the pot in water to remove any stickiness.
Allow your vessels enough time to dry to preserve their natural finish.
Handle with care as all tableware is susceptible to abrasion from repeated handling.
Place a cushion of tissue or cloth between each product when stacking.
These vessels are microwave safe, allowing convenient heating while maintaining traditional dining practices.

Porosity

The water stored in an earthen pot stays cool due to its natural terracotta clay material, which is porous. The minor pores in the clay allow water to percolate through and ooze out of the pot in droplets. These droplets absorb heat from the stored water and evaporate, naturally cooling the water. Sometimes, water accumulates at the bottom, which is a natural phenomenon.

Porosity Level of Pots

Each pot has a unique porosity level, even if they share the same design, shape, size, and batch. Pots with higher porosity levels release more water compared to those with lower levels. Since porosity level is entirely natural and beyond human control, it cannot be regulated. However, the oozing of water indicates that the pot is free from any additives.
